President Uhuru Kenyatta asks Journalists to leave security meeting

President Uhuru Kenyatta on Friday morning asked journalists to leave the premises where the high-level security forum is being held in Mombasa county.

Just after finishing his address to the media, President Kenyatta asked the media personalities to leave with their cameras.

“Sasa situmemaliza, wacha nisindikize raia nje na nyinyi wanahabari sasa mbebe camera zenu mtuwache,” he said.

In his address to the media President Kenyatta asked all county commissioners to ensure that all students in their areas of jurisdiction are in school.

He also asked the officers to up their game and deal with terrorism in the country.

President Kenyatta also warned officers who sleep on their jobs that action will be taken against them.

“If you keep on making mistakes we shall not transfer you to any other place just be ready to quit,” he said.

He also asked officers to report their juniors who are causing chaos in various stations.
